Nut Free, Gluten Free Trail Mix
It is so hard to find nut free or gluten free anything these days... especially when it comes to trail mix! Look no further and try this recipe if you're trying to avoid nuts and gluten.
- 1 cup dry roasted edamame beans
- ½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup dried blueberries
- 1 oz banana chips
- 2 cups whole grain, gluten free cereal, such as Chex
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Store in an air-tight container.
