To set up the NWH Patient Portal you need your Patient Code. Your Patient Code was given to you when you were in the Hospital. If you do not have your Patient Code or your Code expired, please call 855.200.0583.
The NWH Patient Portal works best with the right browser: Internet Explorer 9 (or above), Firefox, Mozilla, Chrome, and Safari. Internet Explorer 8 is supported only through ‘Compatibility Mode’. Accessing the portal through any other browser is not supported and may lead to loss of functionality.
By setting up the NWH Patient Portal you can conveniently and securely view selected health information from your stay at NWH, online anytime.
