I am writing this letter in sincere appreciation of the memorable services provided for my husband. Although he is no longer with us today, I cannot forget the highly impressive standard of care provided by one of your nurses. The nurse was empathetic and listened with his heart, never wavering on his professional standards of care for his patients. He listened with his eyes, ears, hands and heart. Not often enough in this world do you encounter someone who is able to provide this type of thoughtful and supportive care. Although the nurse that cared for my husband had many other patients to care for, and did so with amazing comfort and grace, I felt as if he was only there providing care to my husband. When you are in such a difficult and emotional situation, this is more than any family can ever wish for. You have comforted our family in more ways than you can ever imagine.
