On September 16th I came to the emergency room with what was later diagnosed as double pneumonia and was admitted later that evening. I then developed a blood clot in one of my legs and complications from both conditions. After some time on the 7th floor I was sent to ICU and later back to the 7th floor. In all, my stay at your hospital lasted 22 days.
The purpose of this letter is to compliment all the people on the staff at your hospital for the way I was treated. I am pleased to report that, without exception, everyone one with whom I came into contact was courteous, efficient and accommodating. My family and other visitors reported the same experiences as I.
Obviously, no one enjoys being hospitalized, but your staff minimized my discomfort and made my stay as pleasant as they could under the circumstances. For this I express my heartfelt thanks.
