|Breast Health & Cancer Risk: What Can You Do?||NWH and Support Connection, Inc will present "Breast Health & Cancer Risk: What Can You Do? This is an educational forum on Screening, Risk Factors and Managing Your Health.
This program offers information for ALL women. Those who have never experienced breast cancer can learn about screening and risk factors. Those who have experienced breast cancer can bring their friends and family to learn to be proactive about their health.
Speakers at this Educational Forum will be:
Karen Arthur, MD - Dr. Arthur is a Breast Surgeon and Board Certified in Surgery. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeon.
Nancy Cohen, MS, CGC - Nancy Cohen holds a Master of Science degree in Human Genetics. She is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling. She completed the City of Hope Advanced Course in Cancer Risk Assessment, and has a special interest in the management of women at high risk for breast cancer.
Mary Greco, FNP-C, CBCN - Mary Greco has 30 years experience in breast disease management, and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center,the Oncology Nurses Society and the National Accrediting Program for Breast Centers as a Certified Breast Cancer Nurse.
The program will be held at The Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center at Northern Westchester Hospital - Atrium Area(lower level). 6:30 - 8:00 pm

|Caregiver Support Group||This support group provides a time and place to share, listen, and take time for yourself. This support group provides emotional support as well as strategies to reduce stress and care for yourself.
\r\nThe support group will be held at The Ken Hamilton Caregivers Center at Northern Westchester Hospital on the 1st floor, main lobby.\r\n9:30 - 10:30 am
