    Pilates Group Class Body Wise Connection offers cancer patients one-on-one sessions for 1 hour each by appointment only. When patients finish a series of one-on-one sessions, they will be invited to a once-a-month group Pilate class for program graduates.
    The group meets once a month on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 10am - 11am in the Health and Wellness Room, 1st floor of the Cancer Treatment & Wellness Center.

    NWH FitQuest Rain or Shine!

    1:00 pm until 4:00 pm

    The 1st Annual NWH FitQuest, a day of friends, fun and fitness challenges for families with children ages 5 to 10.

    FitQuest is a fundraiser for NWH, a not-for-profit organization.
