    Pilates One-on-One Sessions Join Body Wise Connection with Northern Westchester Hospital's Integrative Medicine Program in one-on-one sessions designed to enhance flexibility and strength. This complementary program is offered to anyone with a diagnosis of cancer. Physician referral required. Patients will receive a series of ten private sessions. Offered Tuesdays from 11-4 pm. Held in the Health and Wellness Room on the 1st floor of the Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center. Registration is required. Please call Karen Maier, RN at 914.242.8168 to register.
    Meditation Classes Reduce stress and restore calm and inner peace. Meditation can focus your attention and result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being. Classes offered Tuesdays at 11am in the Meditation Room. Registration is recommended. Please Call Karen Maier, RN at 914.242.8168.
    Music Therapy for Stress Management Offered by the Institute for Music and Neurologic Development and the Integrative Medicine Department. Music-assisted relaxation are effective for rehabilitation as well as stress relief. Join us for this FREE program offered on Tuesdays at 10am - 11am in the Health and Wellness Room on the 1st floor in the Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center.     Brunch & Learn: Prescriptions for Peaceful Transitions- Navigating Childhood to Adolescence NWH Brunch and Learn will be held at Brynwood Golf & Country Club from 9 - 11:30 am

    Tickets are $50 per person.

    Dance Classes for Patients with Parkinson's and Other Neurological Impairments This class fosters a safe and creative environment for participants and their friends, family and caregivers. Through an engaging approach, students learn to address specific concerns such as balance, flexibility, coordination and gait. These specialized classes stimulate the mind, body and emotions in an enjoyable setting.

    This class is offered in conjunction with The Center for Creative Movement. Dancers are trained by the Mark Morris Dance Group with choreography therapeutically appropriate for this patient population.

    Held at Northern Westchester Hospital at Chappaqua Crossing. 480 Bedford Road, Chappaqua, NY from 11 am - 12pm.

    $15.00 per person per class; caregivers assisting patients are free.
