Children in middle school often experience anxiety for a variety of reasons. The good news is that parents can help their kis overcome angst and instill much needed confidence at the same time. Join Dr. Lerman for an enlightening conversation about the common causes of anxiety for our kids and the various strategies to help them handles stress. Susan Raskin will share various coping methods that can be useful in managing stressful circumstances for you and your child.
The lecture will take place at Northern Westchester Hospital in the Conference Rooms from 10 - 11:30 am.

|Caregiver Support Group||This support group provides a time and place to share, listen, and take time for yourself. This support group provides emotional support as well as strategies to reduce stress and care for yourself.
The support group will be held at The Ken Hamilton Caregivers Center at Northern Westchester Hospital on the 1st floor, off the main lobby.
