|Smoking Cessation Program||Spend four weeks learning how to live tobacco free. This Smoking Cessation Program will start on Thursday, January 3rd until Thursday January 24. The class is 4 weeks long. (1/3 1/10, 1/17 and 1/24) Information on nutritional counseling to prevent or limit weight gain will be provided. Also nicotine replacement therapy will be provded at no charge to the participants. Each session begins at 6:15pm.

|Breast Cancer Support Group||A support group for women living with breast cancer. Focus is on topics relating to living with breast cancer through all stages of diagnosis, treatment and post-treatment.
