Title: Dance Classes for Patients with Parkinson's and Other Neurological Impairments

Details: This class fosters a safe and creative environment for participants and their friends, family and caregivers. Through an engaging approach, students learn to address specific concerns such as balance, flexibility, coordination and gait. These specialized classes stimulate the mind, body and emotions in an enjoyable setting.

This class is offered in conjunction with The Center for Creative Movement. Dancers are trained by the Mark Morris Dance Group with choreography therapeutically appropriate for this patient population.

Held at Northern Westchester Hospital at Chappaqua Crossing. 480 Bedford Road, Chappaqua, NY from 11 am - 12pm.

$15.00 per person per class; caregivers assisting patients are free.
