NWH Gets High Marks in Patient Satisfaction

NWH earns high grades for patient satisfaction--higher than others in the area.

A survey in patient safety and overall care shows that people would recommend NWH at a rate above the state and national average.

"It's a philosophy of being patient-centered that's allowed us to set ourselves apart from other hospitals," explains Joel Seligman, President and CEO of Northern Westchester Hospital, in Mt. Kisco, NY.

"It's a wonderful validation of the great work that all the staff at NWH pride themselves on doing, and that is putting the patient at the center of the care." says Maria Hale, VP of Patient Care Services.
