Your volunteered time is deeply valued by the staff at Northern Westchester Hospital. Join over 250 dedicated members of the NWH Volunteer Corps, who work in a variety of settings throughout the Hospital. We have rewarding and unique opportunities that are just right for you and an annual recognition luncheon every spring.

Twigs

Twigs volunteers work at the Thrift Shop located at 449 Lexington Avenue in Mount Kisco – all net proceeds are donated to the Hospital. The Twigs also make comfort items for patients, such as cough pillows, tray favors and layettes.  Join us!  For more information about NWH Twigs click here or call 914.666.6557. 

The Aranow Art Cart Program

Help with this innovative program that allows patients to select the art in their rooms. Art experience not required. 

The Ken Hamilton Caregivers Center

Become a caregiver coach and help family caregivers maneuver some of their daily challenges while offering emotional support and encouragement.

Connie’s Bakery and General Store at NWH

Connie’s Bakery and General Store and the Coffee Kiosk are located in the main lobby of the Hospital. Sales people and cashiers are always needed.

President’s Junior Leadership Council

Join this select group of local high school students interested in designing programs that promote the health, safety and well-being of adolescents and young adults in the Northern Westchester County.
